Description

New and developing cafe in Birmingham looking for a well-organised motivational team leader for a small kitchen with big ideas.  Lots of scope to develop menu.  You must have experience of ordering, stock management and working with other chefs.  Also important that you can set an example in cleanliness and have an interest in consistency of taste and presentation.

Great flexible hours, full time post available.  Cafe open between 9am and 9pm six days at the moment but scope to expand.
