Description
The HR Department Supervisor screens and interviews applicants and maintains the applicant training system. This position is responsible for recruiting and assists in developing a hiring strategy. He/she l maintains store staffing and ensures WOTC compliance and adherence to all state and federal regulatory employment requirements. The position assists in training and maintains all HR files, including attendance tracking, and maintains their confidentiality. The incumbent processes paperwork for store-initiated price changes and maintains the integrity of pricing and signage.
