As an Operations Manager at Barclays, you'll have the scope to improve customer satisfaction and overall performance in one fell swoop. You'll do that by hand-picking and leading an elite operations team to deliver high value, high volume processes, introducing new ideas and innovations into the process. It's a visionary, hands-on role that will let you make highly visible improvements to the way we do things.
What you'll give our customers as an Operations Manager
You'll recruit and manage your team, making sure that all members are fully informed about expectations for their performance and have the tools they need to be as effective as possible. You'll also resolve customer complaints and issues to find solutions that satisfy the customer and Barclays at the same time. What's more, you'll introduce and maintain leading edge management, control, planning and information systems.

What you'll need as an Operations Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need extensive experience in operational and customer service leadership roles in Debt recovery and/or collections. We'll need to see knowledge of FSA compliance requirements and employment, health and safety regulations. Outstanding communication skills across all levels are essential, as is the ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
