Our client, a £400m turnover contractor, is highly respected for their work and non-confrontational approach on contracts in the private sector.
To support this expansion, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of five years experience with a main contractor and a proven track record of running projects in the £10-20m million range. You must also be a highly motivated and organized individual, capable of accepting the responsibility for the daily management of contract under your control and to be responsible for the financial success of the contract.
The position will be based on site in Central London.
You will also be an active member of the team and be able to contribute to the growth and development of the company. A high level of responsibility will be given, and this is reflected in the package on offer, which includes a generous salary, car / allowance, healthcare, and pension.
