Our worldwide headquarters here in Huddersfield - which houses extensive design, manufacturing and test facilities - forms the centrepiece of our international engineering expertise and right now we're looking to add to an already talented Customer Services team.
As a Customer Services Representative Leader, you'll be a key member of a dedicated unit engaged in leading the team of customer services representatives who are responsible for customer contact on all aspects of order entry/enquiry management system and customer care through the Aftermarket Group.
Specifically this will involve:
* Leading, supervising and developing a team of 6 customer representatives in the UK and one in India.
* Providing sales KPI information on a Weekly/Monthly basis.
* Co-ordinating and leading improvement work within the Customer Service Representative (CSR) area for the Aftermarket Group. This will involve cross functional inter-departmental co-ordination.
* Co-ordinating and assessing customer complaints including liaison with customers, informing feedback to customers and analysis of common complaints.
* Understanding and implementing all the training needs of the Customer Service Reps within the Aftermarket Group.
* Maintaining files as required with Sales/Marketing.
Qualified to degree or equivalent level in a related subject, you should have previous experience in an automotive components or manufacturing environment and be able to demonstrate:
* People management/development skills (responsible for a minimum of 3 staff).
* Exposure to improvement projects.
* Persistent nature, confident interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally.
* International customer exposure would be desirable.
