This beautiful, modern 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) caravan is sited at Highfield Grange, Clacton on sea. This holiday park is great for the whole family offering...Swimming pool, Club house, Arcade, Bar/Restaurant, Fish & chip Shop, Park and Launderette. Just opposite is a 24 hour Tescos and the beach is just a 10 min drive away! Plus there is a bus stop directly outside.
All you need for your self catering holiday is included such as.. (A pint of milk, tea bags and sugar so you can have a cuppa and unwind from your journey!) cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and hand towels. All bedrooms (one double & two twin singles) are made up with fresh bedding. There is also a added benifit of a double shower!
The caravan is sited near enough to site facilities to be convenient, but far enough away not to be troubled by noise. It also has the advantage of a large grass area to the front on the living room.
Prices....£400 for 7 nights (£50 deposit required on booking, leaving £350 to be paid no later than 4 weeks before your holiday date)
£700 for 14 nights (£100 deposit required on booking, leaving £650 to be paid no later than 4 weeks before your holiday date)
If there is less that 4 weeks untill your holiday on time of booking then full amount will be required.
Passes for use of all site facilities are to be purchased separately from Highfields reception for £52 for the whole family for 7 nights.
Check in after 2.30pm. Check out before 11am.
