We are a unique fusion of experienced marketeers and innovativedeal makers whose skills combine to create, manage and deliver magical marketing & incentives campaigns to help ourclients achieve their business goals.JOB PURPOSEResponsibility for creating client websites in accordance with client requirements and campaign brief and codingstandards; and to ensure its on-going maintenance in line with client and campaign needs. Development platform is .NETplatform using C# and SQL Server 2008.CORE DELIVERABLES * To program clients' websites according to the specific requirements of the project and ensure that work is delivered on time * Conduct the maintenance and extension of existing clients' websites in accordance with their on-going needs * Work closely with the design and creative team to understand clients' precise needs and ensure this is effectively translated into the web development work * To clearly document projects providing thorough information that can be easily understood EXPERIENCE * Experienced professional web developer who has 2-3 years' experience in the full lifecycle of software development including business requirements capture, detailed functional & technical specifications development, solution development and unit testing in a rapidly changing environment. Proactively develops technical skills and keeps abreast of changes in technologies, ensuring skills are kept up to date * Proven experience working as part of a project team. Able to fulfil individual responsibilities within the project, communicates work status to other team members and always meets deadlines * Excellent attention to detail, produces accurate work, task driven, good problem solving skills. Advanced skills in a Microsoft ASP.Net environment * Must have experience in a digital agency environment SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Essential skills * 2+ years commercial experience with: ASP.NET (C#), HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript , SQL Server, NET 2.0 - 4.0, MVC, AJAX * Used XML/XSLT, Localisation * Used source control such as SVN * Knowledge of accessibility issues and standards * Knowledge coding standards and best practice * Understanding of browser versions, bugs, compatibility and compliance issues Advantageous experience * Flash - Actionscript * Load balanced environments * Experience of CMS platforms * Mobile Development ATTITUDES * Can work independently but works well as part of a team * Motivated and driven by deadlines * Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work * Flexible * Remains clam under pressure
