I have a 4 bedroomed house in the lovely area of Bradley Stoke, Bristol. I am looking to let this for 2 months or more as the house is on the market and we need to sell it due to relocating. It is available either furnished or unfurnished.
We have been told that the house should be rented out at £1200. However as it is a temporary let with 4 weeks notice we have taken that into consideration and therefore are only asking for £895 per month.
